We accept major credit cards to ensure a fully secure payment when you confirm your order. (Note: If you offer PayPal/Apple Pay or installment payments, this should be added here, the site only mentions "Secure Payments").

The amount of your purchase is debited when your order is confirmed. You will instantly receive an email confirming that your item is being prepared.

Once your order has been placed, your bag will leave our warehouse within a maximum of 3 business days for shipments in France. For European Union countries, shipping takes between 3 and 7 days, depending on your country of residence.

As soon as your order is handed over to our carrier, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to follow your bag's journey to you.

We know that choosing a bag is an intimate act. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us.

To arrange a return, please write to us directly at hello@francoise-fougere.com. We will kindly guide you through the process. The item must be returned to us in its original condition.

All our models are certified Made in Italy. We work with high-end Italian tanneries (partners of the biggest French luxury brands) and passionate artisans. Our pieces are offered in limited edition by choice, in deep respect of the time required for truly artisanal production.

To preserve the shape of your bag, we advise you not to overload it. Protect it from moisture, heat, direct light, liquids, and cosmetics.

• For our smooth or grained leathers: Clean them with a soft cloth, without detergent. In case of a water stain, dab with a clean, dry white cloth. For a grease stain, fuller's earth is your best ally.
• For our suede models: We strongly recommend waterproofing your bag before its very first outing.
• When you are not carrying it, slip it into its cotton dust bag, filled with its tissue paper.

We select our leathers with the utmost care:

• Grained leather: Its grain is 100% natural, rare, and precious. Extremely noble, it offers an incredibly soft touch and a matte appearance, all enhanced by a metal-free tanning process, which is more environmentally friendly.
• Smooth leather: Natural and durable, with an exceptional roundness, this leather is designed to last, improve with time, and develop a magnificent patina.
• Suede (velvet style): Obtained through delicate sanding, it offers colors of rare depth and an incomparable softness to the touch.
