Refund policy

We apply a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once your return request is accepted, you have a maximum of 7 calendar days to ship your return parcel. After this period, the return may be refused. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with the Françoise Fougère seal tags still attached.

To prevent any damage during transport, items must be carefully protected, in their original packaging or in a rigid box.
Any product delivered in a protective cover must be returned in that cover.
Otherwise, the refund may be refused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it, contact our customer service at : hello@francoise-fougere.com

Exceptions or non-returnable items

The case of promotional offers

The customer may benefit on the Website from a conditional promotional offer, or from free shipping, enabling them to obtain a discount. If the customer returns only part of the items that allowed them to benefit from this promotional offer, they will be refunded an amount equal to the price of the returned product, from which the initially applied reduction — to which the customer is no longer entitled — will be deducted. 
Likewise, the customer may receive a gift with the purchase of one or more products. If the customer returns this product or part of these products, they must also return the gift received.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with the Françoise Fougère seal tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

The refund is made exclusively to the payment method used at checkout. No refund can be issued to another bank account.

In the event of a closed bank account, you are responsible for contacting your bank to retrieve the funds. Françoise Fougère cannot be held liable for amounts retained by the banking institution.
