Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once your return request has been accepted, you have a maximum of 7 calendar days to send your return parcel. After this deadline, the return may be refused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and unused, with the Françoise Fougère sealing tags still attached.

To avoid any damage during transit, items must be carefully protected in their original packaging or in a sturdy cardboard box. Any product delivered in a protective cover must be returned in that cover. Failure to do so may result in the refund being refused.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. Please contact our customer service at: hello@francoise-fougere.com.

 

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Promotional offers

Customers may benefit from a conditional promotional offer or free shipping on the website, entitling them to a discount. If a customer returns only part of the items that qualified them for the promotional offer, the refund will equal the price of the returned product minus the discount initially applied, which the customer will no longer be entitled to.

Similarly, if a customer received a free gift with the purchase of one or more products, they must also return the gift if they return the qualifying product(s).

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with the Françoise Fougère sealing tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No refund to a different bank account is possible.

In the event of a closed bank account, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their bank to retrieve the funds. Françoise Fougère cannot be held liable for any amounts retained by the banking institution.

 

International Returns - United States

For orders shipped to the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Françoise Fougère cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
